This new kit fixes a bug where the materials were not resetting along with the textures for the original images. Swing by and pick up a new kit by touching the vendor and grabbing a redelivery.

We are working on an update to the Web HUD that will prepare the :mused: platform for a whole slew of new functionality. We will be consolidating all :mused: HUDs into this one to rule-them-all. We are ready to start the first phase of testing. In the initial release you will find easier access to your key stats and if you own a master HUD give you access to the key features of it as well.
If you want to help test this new update then attach your Web HUD and if you see the message “New BETA HUD is available to you for testing. This HUD is experimental and may have bugs and is not documented. Click here if you would like to test the beta HUD” then you have the chance to do so.
To break down the message a little bit, what this means is that the HUD is not in a condition that were are ready to release it yet. Testing the HUD means that if you have any problems with it or encounter bugs that you will put in a ticket notifying us of the bug so we can correct it. An example ticket might look like this

Body: When attempting to send bonus item to another user it gave the send message but they never received it. They did get the pop up saying I sent it though. We tried a few times on a couple different regions with the same result.
The lack of documentation means that we do not have a manual for it published yet as it is not a current product. It should be pretty self explanatory to use but if you do not think so and have questions putting in a ticket with those can help us to write a better manual as well as weed out bugs.

We have been looking our dharma calculations and decided that we need to tweak a few things.
The first modification changes the way dispensing is applied to the Master’s stat. When the Stud Pump system was new we wanted to encourage use through a large dispensing bonus. Over time Stud Pump dharma contribution has fallen out of balance. The current set up was encouraging people to use it as a way to game the system and increase stats in a way not consistent with system use. The value of the dispensing stat is being reduced as it applies to Dharma calculations.
The second modification allows servants storage stat to contribute to their master in addition to their highest point value. We always intended it to work this way but have had some issues getting it to apply correctly. It should be now.
Highest Dharma Points + Storage Points = Points to Master
The third is an increase the Stud Pump weekly limit. We have watched production for a while now and we are comfortable with raising the base limit. This will put the weekly limit to 7,000 µL per week without any modifications from milk drinking or bonus items.

At long last I have some news to share with you. As you know we recently released a couple of new storage tanks (flasks and LE Rockets) and had a couple drinking contests. Its great to get back to making and doing fun things for you guys! :mused: in its time has been targeted by various forms of cheating and exploitation and each time we have to put development of other products on hold while we take the steps necessary to protect you all. Sometimes it’s as simple as a Ban or as complicated as the verification system. Starting around the beginning of 2016 :mused: started to get hit hard from various directions some more obvious than others. From duplicated items and inworld scams to attempts to crash our web servers we have had to focus on mitigating the effects these had on you and then finding ways to prevent them from happening in the future.
One of these projects we have been working these long hours on is a way to help create a better, more stable, more transparent, less exploitable way of managing your bonuses and the related items. The solution we have come up with makes it easier to track what you own, give bonus items to other players, and see what bonuses you have running, all while not having to worry about updating or losing the items in world, and helps to reduce inventory clutter, and gives us room to add a lot of fun new options to the systems.
We will be moving all our bonuses items to an easy to use Web HUD. This is directly linked to your account with :mused: so all the bonus items you have will be tracked preventing their loss. You can easily give any bonus item to any other :mused: user, even if they are not online, and you can see what bonuses you have running even if they didn’t come from a bonus item but are from an interaction, semen dispensing, or other source.
You could of course access all this information in the past by logging into the website to view your stats, or by clicking “stats” on your product. But we hope this will help make keeping an eye on this information simpler and easier, particularly for those using both milkmade and stud pump.
The best part is that its free! You can get a HUD in three four ways:
If you have the current version in world bonus items still you can use them as normal. But as we transition to HUD only there will be a point where they will be added to the HUD rather than used when clicked. (This will probably be some time in February we will let you know more specific dates and details as we go.)
Edit March 21 2018: to add your in world item to your HUD rez the item as you would to use it and then click as you would to use it. It will go into your Web HUD inventory rather than being used.

If you experience any issues with the HUD or with purchases please put in a support ticket so we can address the problem.
Choose “Support” from breasts menu, :mused: HUD, or “Submit a Ticket” from the Support Center support wall.
Choose “New Ticket”
Pick a category
Enter a title for your ticket, in first text box (50 Char limit)
Enter a brief description of your issue in the second text box. (255 char limit)
“Add Event” to your ticket to provide more information.

(edit oct 25, 2016: we are no longer replacing older items as it has past the deadline of Oct 21st.)
Due to an influx of duplicated bonus items hitting the market we have made a temporary change to the way bonus items work.
We will be requiring all bonuses to be used by the person who purchased them or who were gifted them from a :mused: vendor. This means you will not be able to purchase bonus items second hand or transfer them once bought and any bonus item older than 1.20 will no longer work. (Edit: of note the objects in SL will still show transfer but the script will not work for someone who did not buy it.) This is an unfortunate step we did not want to have to take but our long term fix for this issue is something that will take more time than we feel is reasonable to address the problem. We hope to have the long term fix ready within a month so hopefully this change will not impact everyone for too long.
(All the bonus items are currently corrected except for the Elixirs and Vitamin D which we should have back up and ready within the next day or so.)
As with our last change to Hormones over a year ago we will be offering replacements for bonus items bought recently from :mused: This offer will be good for 6 weeks. We will no longer be replacing bonus items at all after Oct 21st.
To submit a ticket to get your bonus items replaced:
Your ticket is submitted and your ticket number will be given to you in local chat! If you don’t get a ticket number you will need to resubmit the ticket.
(edit: If you did not buy the items then please return them to the person how did so they can put in the ticket, If that is not possible then please let us know who you got it from and if possible a rough date for when it was purchased to aid us in looking it up.)
Your ticket will be responded to in the order they are received and you will be expected to provide the bonus items you are having replaced to the staff member who is managing your request. We hope to be able to work through these as quickly as possible and to get our long term solution out to you as well. We are grateful for your patience and understanding as we try to mitigate the negative impact these duplicated items have had.
