Updating milkmade v 1.20 to milkmade v1.30

With the update deadline approaching (July 12th, 2013) I wanted provide a little extra help in updating to those who might want it.

First of all you can use the v1.30 that are in the box and resize and change the appearance if you would prefer rather than updating an older pair of breasts. However if you have one or more that you would rather just update the scripts on instead of resetting up the appearance here is how to do it.

Step one: wear a pair of milkmade version 1.20 breasts. When you do you should get version 1.30 sent to you. If for some reason you do not you can go to the main store and click the button there or you can file a ticket (more information in original post)

Step two: unpack your update box and find me (the  :mused: Milk Made Breast Update (USB) ) and then rez me! You can also wear me if you want to I don’t mind being held. When I am rezed I will give you a script. (It will go into your script folder in your inventory.) This script will let me talk to your breasts and update the rest of the scripts in them.

Step three: Rez a copy of the breasts you want to update, but make sure to keep me out! I need to be there to do the updating for you.

Step four: Edit the breasts and put the script I gave you into the content window. They will say this in local chat to let you know we are working.

Step six: Now I am done! You can see I updated the scripts because I have added the new script for the xcite! features.

Step seven: I know a lot of people like to rename their breasts so they know what outfit or avatar they have it set up for so I did not change the name of the breasts but I did change the description so you can leave them as they are or change the name of them so you remember they were updated.

Step eight: You can now take your breasts back into your inventory and are done or you can use me to update another pair of the breasts for you!

New Features:

  • Changed the way skin appliers work allowing two different textures to be used.
  • Update Menu button only shows when rezed on the ground to prevent confusion.
  • Added pump menu to /5 pump command.
  • Particle menu now “locked” by default
  • Added Tangos shirt applier support
  • Added Xcite! compatibility

Bug Fixes:

  • Missing textures on milk made pump harness logo working now
  • API – engorged state is now reporting correctly
  • Spelling errors corrected
  • /5 lacon now works correctly
  • Particle effect for “squeeze on” now works consistently
  • Nipple menu now consistently triggers another dialog
  • Dialog menus optimized.

To update your breasts rez a copy of the breast update USB and it will give you a script (it will go into your scripts folder) and the float text on the USB will say “find script given to you [mm_drop_in_breasts_to_start_update] Rez Milk Made breasts and drop the script in them to start the update”. Keep the USB rezed and rez a copy of your breasts and edit them. Put the script the USB gave you into the breasts contents via the edit window. Once it is in the breasts it will start the update process and will delete itself once done. The updated breasts will have version 1.30 in the description. You can rename them so that they are easier to find in your inventory but as some customers rename their breasts for different avatars or outfits we did not want to change the name of the breasts automatically. The USB will then say “find script given to you [mm_drop_in_breasts_to_start_update] Rez Milk Made breasts and drop the script in them to start the update” again. And you can update another copy of your breasts just as the first one if you chose to.

*note* This update will take your milkmade version 1.2 and update them to version 1.3.

If you do not have milkmade version 1.2 the update USB will not work correctly but you can use the version 1.30 breasts that are in the box sent with the update. If for some reason the update is not sent to you when you attach a pair of older breasts you can request the update to be sent to you via the update terminal found in world under the breast vender or you can put in a ticket and one of our staff will take care of it as soon as they are able.

With this update there are now 3 old versions of milkmaid, this creates a lot of issues as people are encountering bugs that have been fixed or are looking for features that were implemented on a newer set of breasts, we can not continue to support them. We are giving a 4 week grace period for everyone to be able to update to the current version and then the old versions will be shut down. They can still be updated to current after that point but they will no longer create milk. Please update as soon as possible.

:mused: milkmade breast v 1.30

We  wanted to let you know about some of the changes we were working on for the next milkmade update. Two of which are features I think are very exciting and I am sure many people will enjoy.

1 They will be compatible with lolas tangos shirt appliers! I know this is something that will be a big hit. It took us a while but we were finally able to make it work! With this coming update all :mused: products will be compatible with them. Full Breasts were made compatible in the latest update and the latest version of the Applier Adjustment HUD (v1.10) that is for sale in the shop for 1L$ is also compatible.

2 I can honestly say I am surprised this one did not leak sooner, we have added xcite! compatibility. This will not alter the function of the breasts if you do not own or are not wearing xcite! genitals or HUD but if you have them on using the breasts will alter arousal based on your preset kinks. You will be able to find more information about  it in the manual when the update goes out but it is our hope that this will make your use of the milkmade breasts more fluid and functional for your RP. We would like to make this work for as many systems as we can and will be looking to integrate more as time and work load allows, if you have a system you use that you would like to see work with milkmade let us know in the comments or via a suggestion ticket so we can know where to best invest that time.xcite image

New Features:

  • Added additional nipple lengths (medium and long)
  • Money added to cleavage as an extras option.
  • New particles for lactation effect.
  • Stop lactation from both nipples from one command/button
  • Notification of who activated your lactation
  • Tube top applier object now has left and right uuid options.
  • New improved mesh nipple tape (does not effect tape applier settings)
  • Easier updating via update discs so you wont have to reconfigure your breast options.
  • Now compatible with Lola’s Tangos shirt appliers

Bug Fixes:

  • Leash and owners options now stick
  • Lactation lock persists through relog and detachment of breasts.
